With a dedicated group of more than 600 multi-skilled and specialist staff world-wide, we are committed to providing you with quality service that meets your needs.
- In UAE, we offer a one stop shop service providing you with assistance and resolving your queries around Wholesale Banking products – Cash Management, Trade Services & Straight2bank. Your corporate account related queries across the Bank on any of these products can be raised to us for end to end resolution.
Any requests, enquiries, complaints & feedback will be received and actioned as appropriate. Suggestions for improvement are most welcome and will be disseminated as appropriate. Providing the relevant information around your request will assist in shorter resolution turnaround times.
At CSG, we endeavor to investigate any operational enquiries or requests that you may encounter. Some examples of the types of enquiries we handle at out centre (this is not a exhaustive list):
- Cash Management:
- Handling queries pertaining to Cash related application receipts.
- Outward transfer related enquiries (e.g. non receipt of funds by beneficiary, funds remitted to incorrect correspondent bank/ beneficiary etc),
- Inward credits, advices, statements, amendments and cancellations.
- Standing orders, Central Bank payments, internal transfers, Salary transfers and cheque clearing related queries – Local clearing and collections.
- Clarification on charges / rates
- Trade Services:
- Handling queries pertaining to Trade Services.
- Enquiring status of documents, Export LC / collection / Negotiation, Import LC / Collection / Negotiation, Guarantees, Trust Receipts, Invoice discounting & cheque discounting.
- Clarification on charges / rates
- Straight2bank:
- Straight2bank related queries.
- Login issues.
- Password resets.
- Suspended ID reactivation & other technical - functional issues.
Please note that some requests may take additional time for resolution due to external dependencies, like such as other banks or vendors. In such circumstances, our staff will keep you informed at the time of your enquiry. which will be communicated by our staff at the time of your enquiry.
