• Account Transfer
  You can instruct us to debit your account by giving details on the payment coupon. This payment coupon can either be mailed or deposited in any of the Standard Chartered Bank branches in the UAE.
• Standing Instructions
  You can avail of our standing instruction facility to debit your bank account monthly for payment of minimum amount due (5% outstanding balance subject to a minimum of AED 110) on your credit card account.
• Payment by phone
  You can pay through our 24-hour Phone Banking unit by calling 600 5222 88 using your 4 digit TIN.

• Credit Shield
  If you have subscribed to the Credit Shield benefit, the facility offers you a waiver of the outstanding on your Credit Card in the event of permanent/total disablement or natural death. Avail an added hospitalization benefit of AED 200 per day, up to 60 days, in the event of hospitalization of the cardholder directly resulting from an accident.

  Your Standard Chartered Credit Card is welcomed and honored in over 23 million establishments, in more than 200 countries.
• Easy Credit
  You enjoy the credit limit up to the amount indicated on the credit card carrier. Your credit card statement is generated once a month and you can repay the outstanding balance within 20 days from the statement date. Thus, the credit card offers you interest-free credit for up to a maximum of 50 days. You have the option to pay as little as 5% of the outstanding balance, subject to a minimum of AED 110 each month and the balance at your convenience.
• Instant Cash Advances
  Your Standard Chartered Credit Card allows cash advances from thousands of MasterCard/Cirrus and Visa/Plus ATMs worldwide. You can also step into any of the banks around the world which are members of MasterCard or Visa International and obtain a cash advance over the counter. Just present your Standard Chartered Credit Card to the Teller, along with proper identification and request the amount you need. The Teller will obtain an authorisation and then give you the cash. Please retain the receipt for your records.
