  • SCB Diner's Choice Lifestyle offers are applicable on Saadiq Visa Gold Credit Card, Visa and MasterCard Gold Credit Card, MasterCard Platinum Credit Card, Saadiq MasterCard Platinum Credit Card, MasterCard Titanium and Manhattan Credit Card (hereinafter referred to as "SCB Cards")
  • SCB Cards are issued by Standard Chartered Bank, UAE (the "Bank") and therefore the enclosed offers are given at the sole discretion of Standard Chartered Bank UAE, and may be withdrawn, amended or replaced at any time without notice. All offers are subject to the validity of the SCB Cards. Standard Chartered Bank's interpretation of this Important Information is final and binding. This Important Information is read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the Bank's Credit Card Agreement. This Important Information is applicable to the SCB Cardholders and his/her invitees under the purview of these offers
  • This Important Information is applicable in general to all offerings. Individual offerings, however, may have their own set of terms not covered herein, and Cardholders are advised to check in advance with the respective outlets. Specific offerings are seasonal and not offered every day of the week. Availability of these offers at the partner outlet is based on prior confirmation with the outlet
  • The Bank is not a supplier of the merchandise, or the products and services redeemed under the offer, and will not accept any liability in relation thereto. Offers are non-transferable and applicable only on usage of the SCB Cards at the partner outlet and are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion/offers. All offers are subject to availability of the offers at the partner outlets and as per eligibility criteria decided by the respective partner outlet and the Bank
  • SCB Cardholders must adhere to the rules and policies of the partner outlet. All partner outlets have their own dress code; Cardholders are required to check with the respective partner outlet prior to availing of invites/offers. All offers need to be availed of at the Cardholder's own risk; neither the outlet nor the Bank can be held responsible for any resulting loss, including any injury or damage to person or property. All SCB Cardholders need to carry and produce photo identification document(s) at all of the partner outlets/venues for verification of the Cardholder's identity. With regards to reservation bookings, any fees charged because of a 'No Show' or 'Late Cancellation' will be at the expense of the Cardholder.
  • The Bank is not liable in case of any dissatisfaction with regard to delivery, service or quality of offers. Offer shall be terminated immediately upon the closure of partner outlets. Without any liability on the Bank's part, SCB Cardholders can seek to address any grievances by calling Phone Banking on 600 5222 88. For Platinum, Saadiq Platinum and Titanium call 800 4949.   • The offers are valid until 31st December , 2010
  • The offers can be availed by the SCB Cardholders for an unlimited number of times during the promotion period. The offers are valid anytime and not valid in conjunction with any other promotion/offers. The offers are valid when the Cardholder pays for the offer using his/her SCB Cards only. No coupons or booklets are attached to the programme
